Joachim Grzega

I was born in 1971 and raised in Treuchtlingen (region: Central Franconia in Bavaria, Germany). After graduating from high-school I studied English and French (and later also German) at the following universities from 1991 to 1997: Eichstätt, Germany, University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Sorbonne in Paris, France, and Graz, Austria. Since 1998 I've been a linguist at the Chair of English Linguistics at the University of Eichstätt; I held interim professorships in Münster, Bayreuth, Erfurt and Freiburg. On these pages you can get to know me as a linguist, as an entertainer, as a politican and as a private person.
